Description
21383 Clean is an on-demand laundry delivery service. The App lets users sign up and request to have their laundry picked up and dropped off at their location. The result is a user interface and user experience design for both mobile and web platforms.
Project Requirement
- Sign Up / Log In Page. Sign up options will be email & password, and Google.
- A tutorial popup to explain how it works in 3 steps.
- A page to add a payment card.
- A map page to let user set their pick up/drop off location.
- A page for users to call for laundry pick up and confirm pricing. with them.
- A profile page to see all of user’s profile options with log out.
- A page to show users their current/active and past laundry services and how much they were charged.

Project Result
CHALLENGE : Our main challenge was to focus on the technical aspects of the platform and provide UX/UI solutions for Login/Sign-up, Request, Tutorial, Map, Payment, Profile and Services pages.
RESULT : Our team worked with enthusiasm and dedication for three months to create the final product. We started with a UX audit and then reshaped the app, resulting in a spectacular product. The design for both web and mobile versions contributed to the app’s success and made it stand out.
VISUAL STYLE : Our team brainstormed all requirements to bring the vision for the 21383 clean laundry service solution to life. Based on all outcomes, we developed a universal brand identity that would fully correspond to the target audience's needs. The spacious blue color and simple, uncluttered user interface convey a sense of calmness, integrity, and cleanliness.
